Das Elektrodenpotential ist die Spannung, die eine Elektrode einer elektrochemischen Zelle liefert. Wird die Normal-Wasserstoffelektrode als Referenz zugrunde gelegt, wird diese Spannung als Normalpotential bezeichnet.
